This course provides an introduction in how to identify, analyze and manage stakeholders throughout a project's lifecycle phases (definition, planning, monitoring/controlling, execution and close out) including tools and techniques gleaned from over 50 years o project experience.

Combining written lessons, group discussions and other learning activities, attention in the course focuses on stakeholders' spheres of influence, including strategies to mitigate and/or enhances such influences. Based on a case study, participants will identify the potential impacts of stakeholder requirements to the project's scope and tie the impacts of these requirements to the project's scope.
