An introduction to how to identify, analyze and manage stakeholders throughout a projects lifecycle (definition, planning, monitoring / controlling , execution and close out) phases including Tools  and Techniques gleaned from over 50 years of project experience.

Workshop Description:

Combining lectures, hands on activities and team assignments this workshop focuses on tools and techniques to identify and assess a project's stakeholders. Attention is paid to stakeholders spheres of influence, including strategies to mitigate or enhance such influences.

 
Based on a case study you will identify potential impacts of stakeholder requirements to the project's scope and focus on tying impacts of these requirements to the projects scope, schedule cost, quality, communications, resource, procurement and risk management plan.

1)       Demonstrate a basic understanding of stakeholders in relation to a project’s lifecycle phases (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, Close Out)
